However , inThor # 9,a raw bow will be titled , " Prey " which will also see artist Nic Klein ’s coming back to the serial . Surprisingly , Donald Blake is prominently featuredin the covert art for the upcoming consequence , which is pretty significant .

Blake was a big part of the originalJourney Into MysteryThor comics from Stan Lee and Jack Kirby back in the sixties . Essentially , Odin provided a human , deathly host in the form of Blake which Thor would occupy in until summonedwhen Blake struck his cane on the ground . This mean that rather than just being a unsubdivided secret individuality , Blake was his own human beings , a halting medical student at Harvard , who indefatigably worked to help his patients and those around him despite his impairment , allow Thor to memorize humility by viewing life through his eye . Over time , Marvel Comics would abandon the estimate of Thor transition to Blake , and the Odinson would just be Thor all the prison term on a consistent cornerstone , becoming worthy enough to not need Blake any longer . They even had Blake and Thor rip , give Blake his own freestanding aliveness aside from the God of Thunder .
However , the exact and eventual luck of Donald Blake has been unknown until now . It looks as though Thor will be reuniting with his former mortal emcee , but the reasonableness is as of yet unclear . Perhaps Thor will postulate a mortal ’s perspective on a new scourge or peril ? Who know , butThor # 9is already promising to be the start a very intriguing bow for the series .
