In 2022 , Rocksteady will releaseSuicide Squad : Kill The Justice League , featuring the likes of Harley Quinn , Deadshot , King Shark , and Captain Boomerang . Players will be able to become their favorite Task Force X operative and do their proficient ( or should it be worst ? ) to taste to and down each member of the Justice League . While it ’s a pretty entertaining concept , it ’s not a wholly original one . In recent comic , the Justice League and Suicide Squad have clashed before , and the answer were pretty extreme , though quite entertaining for fans of both team .

The target in interrogative is revealed to be none other thanSuperman , the Man of Steel himself . However , Superman does n’t look quite right , and it seems as though he might be mind - controlled , the puppet of thecosmic super villain Brainiac , whose ship is determine at the beginning of the trailer . One could assume that the rest of the League are also now under Brainiac ’s ascendance , hence the pauperization for Task Force X to defeat them all . This is the contrary of what bechance in the funnies : instead of the Suicide Squad going after the Justice League , the League goes after the Squad .
