Surprisingly , the dupe is a young woman who looks remarkably like Barbara , don an identical Batgirl suit as well . However , it ’s more likely that the culprit was James Gordon Jr. He is a recovering sociopath and killer after all , and the cover for this yield does depict him in a very minacious manner below a hanging Batgirl , beaten and flaming . Perhaps the pills James Jr. postulate are n’t work on , or he has n’t been taking them as he should be .
