MODOK sought to control Ultimo , to bind the android to his will , and so he make an army ofDeathloksas his pawn . A Deathlok is a cybernetic being ; some of them are essentially cyborg zombi , with advanced technology used to quicken their corpses . All shadow of humanity has been absent from the Deathloks , meaning they are hard worker to their programming . MODOK intended them to dish as his agents , but they fail out of ascendence .
