How Isaac Acted Like A Father Figure To Abby

While it may seem as though Isaac was only interested in have Abby back on his side because she was such an asset , there ’s more to the narrative . During an interview with YouTube channelKinda Funny , Laura Bailey , the voice actress behind Abby , explained that the character had a much deep connection with Isaac . Though it was cut from the final game , there was supposed to be a shot demo howAbby joined the Wolves after the Fireflies disband . Isaac was formerly a friend of her father ’s , and so he did n’t pause to take in Abby and her friends once the Fireflies disbanded .
“ One of the things that never made it to the game , originally in some of the flashbacks , you were meant to see Abby move to the Wolves from the Fireflies . And it was n’t ever a witting decision [ for her ] to go to the Wolves,”Bailey explained . “At that full stop , she was an orphan . I think she was only 15 , I call up maybe younger when everything happened . And that was where she was sent [ to the Wolves ] , and she was take under the wing of Isaac . Isaac was a Firefly and a acquaintance of her father , so that ’s why she went there . That ’s why they have the relationship they do because he kind of became a father anatomy to her . ”
