He did not realize that Annabelle was still active when he left . He will forget the clappers and Geralt will get out the scene . Before Geralt can get too far off though he hears Graham scream and it is revealed that Annabelle is now a Plague Maiden and down him . The curse over Fyke Island is conk out , but the Plague Maiden is also now free to roam the humanity and spread the pest .
