She admonish Kratos not to fight the Berserkers on their own price , or he will lose .
When Kratos finds the Berserkers , a fight breaks out . He tap into his passion to strain to defeat them , but they are too stiff and too many . He think the seer ’s parole and realizes he must change his tactics . Rather than essay to fight the Berserkers with beastly posture , he destroys their totem , which fleece them of their powers and transforms them back into simple serviceman . By the end of the series , Kratos ’s battle with his inside demons is far from over , but he has made significant progress towards becoming the man we see in the main plot .
