However , in a repeat ofIt : Chapter 2 ’s biggest tonal misapprehension , when Rainbird faces off against Charlie at the end ofFirestarter2022 , he is abruptly completely powerless . He gives up instantly and survives only because she opts to allow him off the hook , even though her powers have already stutter and she would likely have been taken captive again if it were n’t for Rainbird pour down the agentive role surrounding her .
Since Kurtwood Smith ’s veteran Shop employee come out in only one scenery , and Captain Hollister pop off the first time she meets Charlie in individual , Rainbird isFirestarter2022 ’s primary antagonist .
