With James Rhodes tasked to project out how to stop Ultimo , it fall to Quake to retard him . She does so by putting on the recharging War Machine armor , and taking to the skies to confront MODOK . Hilariously , not only does MODOK devolve for this delaying tactic , he does n’t even image out Rhodes is n’t inside the suit of clothes .
